Hallie's Rainbow is an adorable and very friendly mare. She has been at the track for a few years and is done with racing. She is very pretty, nicely put together and a nice mover. She was sweet to handle and appreciates carrots and treats. She isn't trying as hard on the track, so they know that her heart isn't in it anymore, so instead of pushing her, they want to find her her next path in life! She would make an amazing hunter or jumper or eventer, or an english or western pleasure horse.
She is nicely bred (Storm Cat lovers, take note, she has him on both sides), and sold at the Ocala Breeder's sale for $10K only a few short years ago.
Owner states that she is retiring with no known injuries and no known vices.
All horses are measured with a stick unless otherwise stated. All horses are located at Fairmount Park Racetrack (Fanduel Sportsbook and Horse Racing) in Collinsville, IL 62234. The nearest big city is Saint Louis.
All horses are for sale by owner, and the owner sets the sale price. Gateway Off Track Thoroughbreds is here to help you connect with the owner and facilitate the process as well as provide a written bill of sale between you and the horse's owner.
All horses listed with GATEWAY OTTBs are racehorses with no other training and are not suitable for beginners or children without additional training unless otherwise stated. No person is allowed to ride any horse on racetrack property without a valid state racing license. No free motion or lunge videos are available as horses are at a racetrack. Horses may continue to race until sold. You can see if they are entered into any races by clicking on their Equibase link above (breeding/race history link). GATEWAY OTTBs always recommends a veterinary pre-purchase exam.
